Magic Tree and Two True Friends 🌳✨

In a faraway world, where mountains talked, rivers sang, and moonlight descended on flowers and sang lullabies, there was a beautiful village called Gulnagar. Everything was beautiful in Gulnagar, but the most beautiful were the stories of friendships there.

In this village lived two friends — Anisa and Kaleem. Anisa was an intelligent and fearless girl who loved to dream, listen to old stories, and gain knowledge. Kaleem was a quiet, but very soft-hearted and sincere boy. Every day after school, both of them sat under the old tree in the village, reading books, telling stories, and dreaming of new worlds.

One day, they both heard a strange story from their grandmother: about the "magic tree." This tree, according to the grandmother, was located in a valley behind the high mountains far from Gulnagar. This tree was visible only to those children whose hearts were pure, their intentions true, and their wills strong.  The child who went under this tree and fulfilled the lesson of "truth, sacrifice, and friendship" could fulfill his greatest wish.

Anisa's eyes lit up. "We have to find that tree!" she told Kaleem.

Kaleem said softly, "But the path will be dangerous..."

"The path of friendship and truth is never easy!" Anisa replied.

The next day, the two prepared for the journey. They put some food in a small bag, a magic book given to them by their grandmother, and a small firefly that gave light in the dark. They called out the name of Allah and set off.

On the way, they first encountered a talking mountain. The mountain said in a thunderous voice:

"If you are looking for the magic tree, answer my three questions truthfully, otherwise go back!"

The first question was:

"What is the greatest benefit of speaking the truth?"

Anisa said: "Inner peace."

 The second question was:

"What is the true meaning of friendship?"

Kaleem answered: "To consider someone's pain as your own."

The third question was:

"Can you sacrifice your own desire for the happiness of others?"

They both said together: "If the purpose is good, then yes."

The mountain laughed, and a door opened. They both moved forward.

Now in front of them was a huge and silent forest. There were no birds, no animals, only silence and sliding shadows. Suddenly, an old fairy appeared in a ball of light. She said:

"Your heart is true, but to reach the magic tree, you must go through three trials: faith, sacrifice, and forgiveness."

The first trial was a mirror, in which each child saw only his own evil.

When Anisa looked at herself, she remembered that once she had accidentally hurt her friend, but had not apologized to her.

When Kaleem looked at himself, he remembered that he often hid his heart, because he did not want to offend others.

Both of them repented from their hearts, and the mirror became transparent.

The second test was a magical bridge that could only be crossed once. Only one of the two was allowed to pass.

Anisa said, "Kaleem, you go, you are wiser."

Kaleem said, "No, you go, you are braver."

As soon as the two tried to push each other forward, the bridge automatically gave way to both of them. Because true friendship demands sacrifice, and these two were worthy of it.

The third test was under a shady tree, where a poor old man was sitting. He was thirsty and hungry.

They had only an apple and a bottle of water left. Both of them gave those things to the old man, and decided to stay hungry themselves.

The old man smiled, and slowly his face began to shine.  He was the guardian of the magical tree.

"You are both true, you have the right to reach the tree," he said.

Suddenly a storm of golden light arose, and the two of them reached a beautiful valley where there was only one tree — so tall that it seemed to speak to the sky, and its leaves shone as if the moonlight had descended on the earth.

The tree bowed its branches, as if welcoming them both.

"Make your greatest wish," the tree said.

"I want every child to have knowledge, love, and peace," said Kaleem.

"I want hatred to disappear from all of our hearts," said Anisa.

The tree blossomed, the light spread, and a soft voice spoke:

"Your prayers have been answered. You have learned that the real magic lies in the tenderness of the heart, in truth, and in sacrifice."

When they both returned to Gulnagar, their faces were bright, their words were dignified, and their hearts were at peace. The children of the village gathered to listen to their stories, and Anisa and Kaleem began to share the knowledge they had learned with everyone.

They never told anyone the location of the tree, because they knew that everyone has a tree in their heart.

🌟 Moral lesson:

Magic is what changes the heart, opens the eyes, and spreads love. If friendship is true, intentions are pure, and there is a spirit of sacrifice — then every difficulty in the world becomes easier.
