The Magic Forest and the Brave Little Prince

The Magic Forest and the Brave Little Prince

A long time ago, in a distant kingdom, there was a beautiful palace. In this palace, there lived a little prince named "Ian". Ian was only nine years old, but his heart was so big that everyone was amazed. Every day, he wanted to look out of the high walls of the palace and see the world. But his father, the king, always explained to him that there was danger outside the palace and that he was still young, and that he would only be able to see the world when the time came. Ian would have agreed to this, but in his heart he kept wondering what the world outside the palace walls would be like.

One night, Ian had a strange dream. An old man came to his room, with a long white beard and a shining staff in his hand. He said in a soft voice, "Little prince, a dangerous shadow is hovering over your kingdom. If you show courage, you can save your kingdom." Ian asked curiously, "But how?" The old man smiled and said, "Tomorrow, as soon as the sun rises, go out the back door of the palace. You will find a magical forest. There you must find the treasure that can defeat the darkness."

When the first rays of the morning sun came in through the windows of the palace, Ian put on a green cloak, picked up a small bag and secretly left the back door of the palace. After walking some distance, he reached the edge of a forest where the trees were so tall that their tops were hidden in the clouds. There was a mysterious scent in the air and the birds were humming a tune he had never heard before. As soon as he stepped into the forest, a golden rabbit came jumping up and said, "Little prince, welcome! But be careful, this forest is as beautiful as it is dangerous."

Ian went forward and reached the edge of a river. The water of the river was sparkling, but the wooden bridge was half broken. Suddenly, a blue frog appeared from the water and said, "If you want to cross this bridge, you must answer my riddle." He told the riddle: "What is it that grows the more you divide it?" Ian thought for a moment and said, "Love!" The frog clapped his hands in joy and the bridge was magically healed. Ian moved on.

At one point in the forest, he saw a black smoke darkening the green-light flowers. The smoke seemed to be alive and was slowly eating away at the forest. Ian immediately remembered the small mirror his mother had given him in his pocket. He pointed the mirror at the smoke, and the sunlight fell on it and fell directly on the shadow. The shadow moved back and disappeared.

As he walked, he reached the edge of a large cave. There stood the same old man who had appeared in his dream. He said, "Ian, the treasure is here, but it is not of gold or silver, but of knowledge and love. If you take it to your kingdom, the darkness will end forever." Ian accepted the treasure in his heart and set off back to the palace.

When he reached the palace, he told his father the king everything. The king said proudly, "Son, today you have truly shown bravery. Remember, the greatest treasure is a person's good heart and love." After that day, everyone in the kingdom began to treat each other with love and kindness, and that mysterious shadow disappeared forever.

Moral lesson: There is no greater treasure than love, knowledge, and good intentions
